Daily, weekly or project-based quality inspectors are provided as per your needs for textile, garment, manufacturing or any trading products.

📋 আমরা যেভাবে কাজ করি

প্রয়োজন জানা: আপনার পণ্যের ধরন, পরিমাণ এবং ইন্সপেকশনের স্থান সম্পর্কে আলোচনা।

দক্ষ কর্মী বরাদ্দ: কাজের ক্যাটাগরি অনুযায়ী উপযুক্ত অভিজ্ঞ QC ইন্সপেক্টর নির্ধারণ।

অন-সাইট চেক ও রিপোর্ট: নির্ধারিত স্পটে গিয়ে পণ্য চেক করা এবং তাৎক্ষণিক ডিটেইলড রিপোর্ট প্রদান।

 

-আমরা সাব-কন্ট্রাক্ট কাজ নেই এবং দিয়ে থাকি। কমপ্লায়েন্স এবং নন-কমপ্লায়েন্স কারখানায় যেকোন সাব-কন্ট্রাক্ট কাজ করে থাকি।

সাব-কন্ট্রাক্ট (ওভেন এবং নীট): Subcontract (oven and knit):

এ্যামব্রইডারী: 

যেকোন ডিজাইনের এ্যামব্রইডারী সাব-কন্ট্রাক্ট করে থাকি।

সাব-কন্ট্রাক্ট (ওয়াশিং কারখানা):

ওয়াশিং কারখানায় ড্রাই-প্রসেস পিচ রেটে ড্রাই-প্রসেস এর সকল কাজ আমরা করে থাকি। হুইসকার, ডিসট্রয়, পিপি সহ যাবতীয় কাজ চুক্তির মাধ্যমে করে থাকি।

অপারেটর সাব-কন্ট্রাক্ট: 

গার্মেন্টস কারখানায় যেকোন প্রসেস অথবা লাইন চুক্তির মাধ্যমে দক্ষ অপারেটর সরবরাহ করি।

ফিনিশিং সাব-কন্ট্রাক্ট: 

ফিনিশিং সাব-কন্ট্রাক্ট আমরা দেই এবং কাজ করেও দেই। প্রয়োজনে বিভিন্ন পদের শ্রমিক পিচ রেটে চুক্তির মাধ্যমে প্রদান করে থাকি।

The Garments Finishing Process

The finishing department follows a strict, step-by-step sequence to ensure no defective pieces make it to the shipping box:

1.Thread Trimming:Step 1.

After sewing, garments often have loose threads hanging from the seams. Workers use specialized scissors or thread-trimming machines to cleanly cut away any excess threads.

2.Initial Checking & Spotting:Step 2.

Quality checkers examine the garment inside and out. If they find dirt, oil stains from sewing machines, or chalk marks, the garment is sent to the "spotting" section to be cleaned with safe solvents or spot-cleaning guns.

3.Ironing & Steam Pressing:Step 3.

To remove wrinkles and give the clothing its final shape, garments are ironed. Factories use industrial vacuum ironing tables and heavy steam irons (as shown in the carousel above) to press the fabric safely without burning it.

4.Final Quality Inspection:Step 4.

Once pressed, a final inspector checks the garment's measurements against the buyer's spec sheet. They also verify that the stitching, buttonholes, and overall appearance are flawless.

5.Tagging & Trimming Attachments:Step 5.

Using price-tag guns, workers attach hangtags, price tickets, barcodes, and any brand-specific labels to the garment.

6.Folding & Packing:Step 6.

The finished garments are carefully folded (often around a cardboard insert to keep their shape), placed into individual polybags, and packed into shipping cartons according to size and color ratios.

What we do

We are the first in Bangladesh to have an online portal where we work in garment factories in Bangladesh.

Subcontract (Woven and Knit): We do and provide subcontract work. We do any subcontract work in compliance and non-compliance factories.

Embroidery: We do any design embroidery subcontract.

Subcontract (Washing Factory): We do all the work of dry process at pitch rate in washing factories. We do all the work including whisker, destroy, PP through contract.

Operator Subcontract: We provide skilled operators through any process or line contract in garment factories.

Finishing Subcontract: We give and provide finishing subcontract work. If necessary, we provide workers for various positions through contracts at pitch rates.
